Terms and Conditions

Cleaning of rooms is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, except on public holidays.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total apartment price is required at the time of booking and confirmation.

Airport Transfers

We are pleased to assist in arranging transportation to and from the airport for your convenience.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made between 30 and 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the apartment cost per night.

Cancellations made between 7 and 1 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the apartment cost per night.

Currency

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), and this currency is equivalent to the Namibia Dollar (N$).

Payment can be made in either South African Rand (ZAR) or Namibia Dollar (N$).

The exchange rate used for currency conversion is 1 ZAR = 1 N$.
